All tank and vessel entries carry inherent risks; therefore, where practical, our operatives utilize remote cleaning/flushing techniques. When confined space entry is mandatory, our personnel work under precise and comprehensive procedures, including task-specific safety, rescue, and escape routines backed by positive-pressure breathing apparatus and continuous atmospheric monitoring.
PetroDynamics OGS Limited owns and maintains an extensive inventory of late-specification breathing apparatus, multi-gas monitors, and intrinsically safe communication systems. This combination of specialist equipment, highly trained operatives, and safe-work procedures ensures a consistent, industry-leading level of performance and safety.
Our industrial cleaning assets feature a range of high-specification vacuum and transfer equipment providing airflow rates up to 7,650 cubic meters per hour (4,500 cfm). Depending on the specific gravity (SG) and composition of the material, we achieve removal rates of up to 12 cubic meters per hour, optimizing vessel turnaround times.
